    • Gwenilli announce Comp crew / Day Skipper practical course vacancy

    There is one vacancy on the above Competent Crew/Day Skipper practical sailing course. The course will start and finish from Hornet Sailing Club, Gosport from 18.00 hours on Sunday 11 Sept to lunchtime on Friday 16th Sept. The cost is £75 contribution to yacht running expenses, payable by cheque in advance plus £50 for victuals, payable in cash on joining the yacht.     Gwenilli announce cruise vacancy

    As a result of a cancellation we have one vacancy on a Solent cruise on the conventional yacht, Brightside.

    You would need to be able to join the boat at Gosport by 18.00 on Sunday August 7th. She will be returning by 20.00 on Saturday August 13th.

    The cost is £15 per day contribution to yacht running costs, payable in advance, plus £10 per day for victuals, payable in cash on joining the yacht.

    02/03/11The Gwenilli Trust who have offered sailing opportunities for all disabled people over a number of years, and who have supported Blind Week by chartering a yacht and providing a skipper and crew each year have added a link on their webpage to http://vi-sa-gb.org.uk. Gwenilli have a full sailing programme for 2011 published on their web site and we would encourage people to visit and see what opportunities they have to offer.
